High Definition Golf Simulator Lease Program 

TradeWind Finance offers leasing programs to customers of the High Definition Golf Simulator™. We are committed to finding the best program and the lowest rates available for your existing company or start-up.

High Definition Golf™ simulators are unique business equipment and not all leasing companies will offer programs. TradeWind Finance understands the unique nature of the golf business and has paved the way with several providers including exchange of lender required information regarding the equipment and manufacturer. We will be pleased to provide you a customized leasing program quote for your High Definition Golf Simulators!

Existing Business
  • Completed standard one-page application
  •  2+ Years Under Current Ownership
  • Reasonably "clean credit" (for business and principals)
  • 2 Year Banking History
  • 2-3 Trade References Current business / professional license (where required)

Note: additional documentation may be required if above criteria is not available

Startup or new business
  • Completed standard one-page application
  • Personal Financial Statement (“clean” personal credit essential)
  • Pro-Forma (projections) for the new business
  • Last Two Years Tax Returns
  • "New Business Profile"

Note: additional information/documentation may be necessary

Term

Most lease programs are based on $1 buyout at the end of a 24, 36, 48 or 60 month term.

Lease Rate

Rates vary depending on several factors including length of time in business and credit rating.

Costs/Payments

First and last month payments and a $250 documentation fee upon approval. Seasonal or deferred payments may be considered.

  • Monthly payments can be under $1,000/month for the High Definition Golf Simulator™ based on a 60 month lease, good credit and business history.
